Quick Initial Overview

My name is Jonathan Osmond I am 31 and from South Wales.

I live in Ledbury with my partner where we own a small house over looking fields and woods with a nice sized garden. We have only lived here since April 2005 and so far are very pleased with our pad.

I have a 2:2 in Software Engineering from Aberystwyth where I had the most amazing time meeting many people of which a vast majority are still very good friends.

From Uni I started working for a company called FM Workshop Ltd and have been working for them since leaving Uni in 2001. After a couple of years I was given the opportunity to invest some money in the company and become both a Director and a Shareholder. I took this opportunity and have never looked back since.

I work from my home and while some may think it is an easy life I can assure you it isn’t as easy as most would think. The main reason is living where you work essentially means you are always working. This is more so with smaller companies and as such quiet “me” time can suffer.

Well that’s the main points about me up until today, who knows maybe more posts will occur as and when things happen.

A Fresh Start!

As some may have seen there have been very few updates here over the last few months. This is because I have changed jobs! The details of this change are not for public broadcast over the web but suffice to say I am VERY happy with the way things are now.

I am now working for and have a small interest in a company called Complete Automotive Solutions. CAS is a growing company which has been setup by two friends whom I have known since school days. Our key product is a solution called Close-IT which is a Car Dealer Showroom Product. However, we also offer a VOIP PBX system which can integrate into Close-IT as well.
